BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICIES
The convenience of your appointment is very important to me and I understand that schedules can frequently change. That being said, it is required that you give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, or if you do not show up to your appointment, a fee equal to the full service price will be invoiced to you.
If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule the service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If you do not communicate that you are running late within 15 minutes past your appointment time, a late fee or cancellation fee will be charged to the final appointment total.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified within 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
I strongly value my clients time, and I feel that it is only fair to honor the same policies that are held to my clients. Should I need to cancel your appointment due to unavoidable events within less than 24 hours notice, I will offer a discount on your next identical service, and make all efforts to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
I understand that true, unavoidable emergencies may happen within 48 hours of your appointment time. If that is the case, a cancellation fee will still be charged to your card, but the partial or full amount may be deducted from your next appointment.

REFUND POLICIES
Services received cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair, you may text or call within 72 hours of your appointment and we will schedule a time for you to come back in
to correct any problems to your satisfaction.
